Training Objective
This training aims to provide rehabilitation therapists in beauty salons with the fundamental knowledge and skills in pelvic floor rehabilitation. Participants will gain an understanding of the basic principles of female pelvic floor rehabilitation, essential techniques, self-training guidance methods, and the use of related equipment, while also gaining full awareness of relevant laws and regulations.
Training Content
A comprehensive 3-day training course, consisting of 6 lessons per day, with each lesson lasting 45 minutes:
Day 1: Basics of Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation and Anatomy
- Overview of pelvic floor rehabilitation and legal/ethical considerations
- Fundamentals of pelvic floor anatomy
- Common pelvic floor issues and symptoms
- Assessment and communication skills
- Theoretical foundation of pelvic floor rehabilitation
Day 2: Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation Techniques and Practice
- External pelvic floor massage techniques
- Introduction to internal pelvic floor massage techniques and legal restrictions
- Myofascial release techniques
- Practical operation and skill practice
Day 3: Self-Training, Equipment, and Business Integration
- Basics and advanced methods of pelvic floor muscle self-training
- Introduction to pelvic floor rehabilitation equipment and usage guidance
- Client guidance and follow-up strategies
- Business integration and marketing strategies
